Welcome to Clean Screens! The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Clean Screens Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 51 652 961 272) of 66 Gordon Road E, Osborne Park, Western Australia 6017, Australia ("Clean Screens"). Clean Screens operates this online store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services (together, the "Services"). Clean Screens is powered by Shopify.

By visiting, interacting with, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

1. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least the age of majority in your state, province, or country to use the Services.
You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and current account, billing, and shipping details.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity under it.

2. Our Products

We aim to describe our products as accurately as possible. However, colours and appearances may differ on different screens.
We do not guarantee that products will meet every expectation.
Products, descriptions, and pricing may change without notice.

3. Orders

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Orders are accepted only once confirmed by Clean Screens.
We may decline or cancel orders at our discretion.
Orders are subject to our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
From time to time we may make custom products — items produced to order for a specific customer that are not offered for sale to the general public on our website. Custom orders are made specifically for you and, once accepted and in production, cannot be cancelled, changed, returned or exchanged except as required by law. Custom products are not covered by our voluntary 30-day satisfaction guarantee (see our Returns & Exchanges Policy). Nothing in this section limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which continue to apply to all products, including custom orders.

4. Pricing, Billing & Shipping Rates

Prices for Australian orders are in AUD. Orders placed from New Zealand are priced and charged in NZD.
Australia — Standard: free on orders over AUD $90. Orders under AUD $90 are charged a flat AUD $12.00.
Australia — Express: free on orders over AUD $150. Orders under AUD $150 are charged a flat AUD $15.00.
New Zealand — Standard: free on orders over NZD $110. Orders under NZD $110 are charged a flat NZD $14.00.
Optional Shipping Protection is available at checkout for $2.20 per order. See section 5 and our Shipping page.
You authorise us to charge your payment method for all amounts due.

5. Shipping, Delivery & Shipping Protection

We ship with Australia Post to addresses in Australia and New Zealand.
Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.
Risk in the goods remains with us until your order is delivered to the address you provide. If your parcel is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us and we will replace it at no cost to you, whether or not you purchased Shipping Protection.
Once your order has been delivered, risk passes to you. Where a parcel is left at the address under Authority to Leave (ATL), or left in a safe place by the carrier, delivery is complete at that point and any loss or theft afterwards is not something we are responsible for. We will still send a replacement on request, but our standard shipping rate will apply unless you purchased Shipping Protection.
Shipping Protection is an optional $2.20 add-on at checkout. It covers loss, theft or damage for 30 days from dispatch, including theft after delivery, and entitles you to an immediate replacement with no photos or proof required, dispatched on priority at no charge. Full terms are on our Shipping page.
Shipping Protection is an optional extra. It does not replace, limit or affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or, for New Zealand customers, the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
Nothing in this section limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

6. Returns & Refunds

Our full refund and returns policy is set out in our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
That policy supplements and does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
New Zealand customers: the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986 apply and are not excluded.

7. Gift Cards

Clean Screens gift cards are valid indefinitely and do not expire.
Gift cards are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law.

8. User Content & Reviews

By submitting reviews, photos, testimonials, or feedback, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, publish, and display that content in connection with the Services.
You must not post unlawful, misleading, or offensive material. We may remove content at our discretion.

9. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, text, images, graphics, designs, videos, and content are owned by Clean Screens or licensors.
You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial use only.

10. Third-Party Tools & Links

Optional tools and third-party links are provided "as is" and at your own risk.
We are not responsible for third-party content, services, or websites.

11. Marketing Communications

By providing your email address and opting in, you consent to receive marketing emails from Clean Screens that are relevant to our products, promotions, or services.
You may opt out of marketing emails at any time by using the "unsubscribe" link included in each message or by contacting us at info@cleanscreens.store.
If you provide your mobile number, you agree that we may occasionally contact you by phone or SMS regarding promotions, updates, or order-related matters. Standard carrier rates may apply.
We will handle all personal information in line with our Privacy Policy.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clean Screens and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Clean Screens, its affiliates, and service providers from claims or damages arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Services.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia.
You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
New Zealand customers retain all mandatory rights available under New Zealand law, which are not excluded by this section.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting the new version on our website. Material changes will be notified where required by law. Your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance.

It really works and its Australian

I like it and have noticed the difference but not clear, maybe if i use it over and over it will get better, will let you know, only used once so far, so to early to tell

I ordered a pack of Nano-Coating Wipes. I shall now have enough supply to last a while. I am happy it's an Australian Made product.

I receive my order of pellets so I can top up the stock I have on hand.

Great product. Much cleaner than I started with. Very slight scale after cleaning twice bit once nano coating applied unable to see it.

Before trying this product I had tried every product on the shelf in Bunnings, Norwex other promoted companies that targeted me on my search for something that will work on my screens. I live rurally and rely on bore water for all household water. I nearly gave up and let it win until I stumbled across this restoration kit on instagram.

I have never been as satisfied as I am with this kit, it not only restored my shower screens, it restored my will to live after spending years looking for a solution. I give this product five stars!!! I watch those little beads of water trickle down the screen knowing that repelling agent is doing its job and with full confidence it will never be what is was ever again.

Cleaned off most of the white residue but on one panel it is still faintly there. I redid many times

Doesnt really work as well as advertised. The gel doesnt stay in the tile grout for the 2hrs required, it just runs down the wall

This product is brilliant and delivered way beyond my expectations. I was skeptical, but desperate to try and restore my shower screen glass.
I’d say I had 2.5 years of hard water stains that came off with a little elbow grease and this product. I did use the calcium dissolver first, I’m not sure it made much of a difference though.
I would recommend this product and give it a go!
