Shipping Policy

Australia – Standard Delivery
Free shipping around Australia for orders over $70.
Less than $70 is charged at a flat rate of $12.00 AUD.
(2-8 days to arrive once it leaves our facility)

Australia – Express Delivery
Free shipping around Australia for orders over $150.
Less than $150 is charged at a flat rate of $15.00 AUD.
(1-4 days to arrive once it leaves our facility)

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means that we have received your order in our system.

All orders will be dispatched from an Australian warehouse closest to you within 1-2 days (excluding weekend and holidays). In peak periods please allow up to 3 business days for dispatch.

Once your item has shipped you will receive an email with your tracking information.

Returns Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, this will be processed this within a 48h period, and you will be notified via email

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds

A refund will be given after each individual case has been assessed and no further assistance can be provided. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Glass Restoration Kit 30 Day Guarantee

If you're unsatisfied with the performance of our Glass Restoration Kit, you can be eligible to receive your money back if you return the product within 30 days of receiving it.

To be eligible for a return, you must return the remaining contents of the kit in their entirety to us. If you have tried another product that outperforms Clean Screens, please provide us with a clear explanation of what that product is.

Clean Screens does not warrant glass that may have been scratched from a previous cleaning process, i.e. one that uses steel wool.
